They should just collect social security numbers and tax ID's and verify sellers like B2B auction sites do. That way NO ONE WOULD HAVE TO GIVE OUT THEIR PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS!!

Seems fair to me. What do ya'll think?

They could never legally require that a social security number be given.
