I has an auction end on 9/7/00 and emailed the high bidder a invoice. They also won a few of the other auctions that I has posted. They contacted me in regards to the total due and I emailed back. The total, if shipped seperate, would have been 11.40 in shipping costs. I said that I could comboine for 8.93 for weight. I receive an email stating that they ship cheaper and that I am over charging them. Another email stated that would send payment out at the end of next week in the form of a money order! I did my homework and they also sell on ebay. They take paypal and do automatic money orders! The reason they gave is that they cannot get out to get a money order. Why do they accept paypal and automatic money orders if they do not give the sellers that they bid on the same treatment of payment? We also accept the same things! I do not what to do, they keep sending rude emails.

Well, just because somebody accepts money immediately, doesn't mean they have it to send immediately. Still, the "end of next week" would only be 10 days from auction close, wouldn't it?
(And if you're talking about BidPay, which does electronic money orders, it would cost them an additional $5 to send it.)

eMail him/her back with total info and shipping; also advise them that you are not overcharging; their paypal could be maxed out with their cc; or ask them why they won't pay you by paypal since they use it to accept payments as a seller; is he/she verified?
If he/she persists on being rude the next email tell them you are letting eBay advise you on how to handle them; bet they start acting correctly real quick like.
