I think this web site has a great idea. Thanks for posting it here.
Imagine taking the concept of eBay feedback and applying it to the entire business sector. This would give consumers a voice they have never had before, and make a wonderful research tool.
The only thing is, you can only complain at this site. Sometimes praise is in order as well.
