Has anybody used Energyflow.com for collecting or paying for auctions. Seems to offer the same as Bidpay but different scales of fees. Please let me know if you have used it and what your experiences were like.

I've not used it but I've seen others posting about positive experiences with it on a couple other message boards. I might use it for one reason, they accept more forms of payment than BidPay (Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express, PayPal, and electronic checks). They are also cheaper than BidPay, but they also have a lower maximum limit, $100.00.

Excuse the non-post above...had a real problem with the UBB thingy!
Just wanted to add that I signed up a month ago...just started listing again and they are in my auction ads.
I will say this for them...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No matter what you need or ask, you will get an answer and the webmaster will even go out of his way to help you out!
When I aksed about the banners to link to them, I told him they were not eBay cmpliant..he immediately wrote up logo links that are compliant with eBay...honest...he just did this a few days ago. he even answered all my questions about his company.
There are many ways you can pay using EnergyFlow and they are way cheaper than BidPay.
They are also members of the BBB and insured by FDIC.
Only thing I didn't like was their referral program...too much like unwanted email junk (remember how everyone complained about receiving requests for PayPal when it started)...but I figured a way around it. They require you to fill in a form with email addresses of people you want to send a referralto. Then when these people sign up through that email link...you get the referral bonus. I figure, it's better to ask people if they would like to be sent an email from EnergyFlow, with my referral, so they can check out the site. Haven't done it yet, as I hate to solicite (sp?)...but if anyone reading this would like to use me as a referral......
Please edit the referral link out of your post. It's OK to provide the site URL but providing your referral number is considered promotional under the CGs.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Thanks ladyjane
We try to answer any questions posted but sometimes they get missed (there's an awful lot to read on these boards on any given day!). If you are stuck and need assistance with something, try emailing [email protected] If the Moderator on duty can't help, we will at least be able to point you in the right direction.

Michelle...my comment wasn't directed at you or at any moderator. No offense intended here.
I posted a help message on another AW board a couple of days ago and thought one of the other members would offer some advice (as it was in direct corrulation to that board)...instead absolutely no one answered me. I was a little miffed about that.
You are right...I should have redirected my question to the AW Support board where a moderator could answer me, and then left a message on the other board thanking them all for being so friendly and helpful!
