safryevt	posted on September 12, 2000 08:46:12 AM new Does anyone use the Auction Assistant by Blackthorne with an earthlink web site?? I can't get the ftp settings right and it's making me nuts. Any help would be appreciated.
mballai	posted on September 12, 2000 09:47:48 AM new I use earthlink and you might want to check on their home web page info to make sure you have the right addresses. Most address problems are an extra space or some mistake in the reference...there's no margin for error.

Ftp userid...the name before the @earthlink.net (if you are [email protected] then it would be buzzy) Remote host...ftp-www.earthlink.net web images url...htp://home.earthlink.net/~your id/ If you upgraded to your own domain then the settings are... user id..www.your.com (ex, www.myhome.com) remote host...ftp-dom.earthlink.net images url...www.your.com (ex, www.myhome.com) hope this helps [ edited by amy on Sep 12, 2000 10:17 AM ]
