Is certified mail "trackable" like DC on the usps web site?

"DC" is not trackable, neither is cerified, or registered, but express next day can be tracked.

Now watch them go.

DC isn't trackable. You are only told when it gets delivered (or notified or forwarded,etc.) Certified, registered, #insured, and express are now scanned as DC's are and the signature is optically scanned and saved but only accessable to USPS. If there is a dispute over a cert. or insured the signature can be looked up and copied for you to verify.
