Have some logos to remove today and don't know how to do it if the auction already has bids. Would just canceling your account do it? Then there is the problem of taking out the sentence about accepting payment through PayPal when a bid has already been received. Buyers may scream *Seller lied to me about accepting PayPal.* It could be handled in the EOA if worded properly , but about the logos???? Thanks!

If you have the logos on a web hosting site you can delete them and little XX will appear on the auction page.. If they are links from Paypal I don't think you can do much about it.
On a constructive note what you can do is add to the auction description a disclaimer than you are no longer accepting PayPal.

Once your auction has bids you cannot revise or remove the logos. Your only other recourse is to write an additional description and notify your bidders that as of such and such a date you no longer accept payments through PP.

And X.com sez.
In addition to offering insurance on all Member accounts, X.com now protects your purchases with our Buyer Protection Guarantee. This means that if you buy from a Verified member using the PayPal payment service, we will guarantee your purchase against fraud.
You can see whether a seller is Verified on the confirmation page before you Send Money or complete a payment. Please note that the Guarantee does not apply when you pay Unverified accounts. So for your protection, please do not pay Unverified parties you do not know or trust. View the PayPal Terms of Use for full details.
"So for your protection, please do not pay Unverified parties you do not know or trust.".....But that is WHY I got PayPal in the first place......Duhhhhh

It seems to me that you should stick to the terms you started with or cancel the auction.
If you tell a buyer "no paypal" you'll have to accept them saying "no sale." Of course you can ask them to not use it, but if they insist, either follow through with paypal or take your negative knocks.
How can we expect buyers to stick to our TOS if we don't?

Everyone,
Once again, threads concerning PayPal are dominating the eBay Outlook. I am going to lock this thread as well as several others, and ask that you confine your comments concerning PayPal to the one PayPal thread that will be left open in the eBay Outlook, or start a new thread in the Partner Services Forum.
