Need help ASAP!
I need to cancel an auction. There has been one bid on my item. I try to cancel the bid and I get an error message that says there are no bids on this auction. I emailed eBay nearly two days ago with no response. surprise. I know if I cancel the auction without canceling the bid from the high bidder that I am obligated to complete the transaction with this person. The auction ends in less than 24 hours. PLEASE HELP!!

The only thing I can think of to do is to End the Auction and e-mail the bidder and let them know that you are ending the auction and that you are having a problem cancelling their bid due to eBay errors.
