There is a 'bidder' on ebay that has a (-5) next to his name. He does not have 1 positive, started with a negative, and the rest are negs, and 1 neutrual. I thought you were NARU'ed after -4. Or does someone have to tell ebay about it? I don't necessarily want to, but am very curious how they let this one slip. And they are all not recent either.

Send an email to safeharbor with the ID. They'll do the rest. It's not automatic, but it should be.

Thanks. I will. I guess I don't want someone with that kind of record bidding on anything of mine in the future. The seller, has so many auctions going, he probably doesn't check.

When an account reaches -4, they are automatically prevented from listing auctions and bidding. The account is not NARU, however - it must be reported to eBay so a CSR can take care of it.
