I've been unfairly suspended from ebay for 30 days- they suspended me before I even had a chance to explain what happened - I have never had anyone complain about me before and I have all positive feedback (320++) they zap me right away with a suspension but when I contact them via e-mails and phone calls things move slowly - we'll get you an answer within 48 hours yea right -they agree I haave a legitimate appeal - In the meantime they have cancelled all of my auctions and won't let my recent customers even leave feedback about me - frustration!!!!! Anyone else have a similar problem and what was the solution? Thanks for letting me vent! Jill

There are some tuna that think that they were dolphins who got suspended some time ago. In essence they waited out their suspension despite their protestations.
There is another party that is gopne FOREVER who earned that distinction all by themselves.
You....well, it would help to hear WHAT your supposed infraction was.

Title to this thread made me laugh. I wonder - how many folks are going to post stating "No, I was suspended, but it was fair."

its happen both fairly and UNFAIRLY. and sometimes ebay moves quick to rectify and sometimes VERY VERY slowly. do you have any legal friends?
