I have had more problems this summer with deadbeat sellers than deadbeat buyers. Two of them are longtime Ebay sellers and they have gone to an automated notification service. I feel that maybe part of the problem as they don't understand how to properly use the service.
I now have 2 items that were paid for in July and not shipped. Is this happening to anyone else?

That's why I use Andale- I want to be sure I get all merchandise out in the most timely manner. If a seller is using this type of service, and still not getting the item sent, they need to find another job!

I am a great believer in automation, but I believe there is no substitute for someone answering their email and getting their stuff out fast. I ship next business day 99.9% of the time.

If someone can't ship something in a week, they have absolutely no business being in business.
