HOW DO I GET A SECOND EBAY NAME SO I CAN BID SEPERATLY FROM MY SELLING NAME???

Just repeat the registration process, using a different email address than that you use for your existing Ebay ID. You can use a web-based email server (like Yahoo or Hotmail), as long as you can provide a valid credit card number for verification of identity. All of the contact info, except for the email address, can be the same as that for your existing account.
