I was waiting since 8/17 for an EOA before sending out an item. Customer & I had done all the necessary steps and still no EOA so I went and printed the EOA Auction Page just to be sure I had a record...........Before leaving that page, I tried REFRESH....and sure enough, got the EOA Email from EBAY....
Is this a routine we should use in the future? I don't sell every day, so do you daily sellers get daily EOA's or use this to get them???? Thanks for responding.

Nope, that was a coincidence. Refreshing your auction page has no connection whatsoever with receiving an EOA notice from eBay.
Don't rely on the EOA. They're so late these days (if they arrive at all) that they're irrelevant. If you keep good track of everything yourself you'll be fine.
