A question, why is there no powerbuyer group like powersellers?
Every penny spent by sellers and ebay are paid by the buyers...

Ebucks - Do you mean a buyers group sponsored by Ebay as Powersellers is, or an organization independent of Ebay?
I can't speak for Ebay, or anyone else for that matter, but no one has ever formed just a buyers group as far as I know.
There is one association that purportedly represents sellers and buyers, but the membership is comprised mostly of sellers. So far, I haven't seen that such an organization has enough to offer buyers to persuade them to join.
If a powerbuyers group existed, what services would you like to see offered?

eBay is comprised of individual sellers and bidders. There are basic ground rules and most of the time they work just fine.
No group of buyers nor group of sellers is going to exert any pressure on millions of people.
I would suggest that a buyer--or seller--decide how they prefer to do business and find those who agree. Nothing new here.
Real change comes from those who operate their buying and selling with integrity. The deadwood will float away.
