I bought a 16 piece luncheon set by Anchor Hocking recently at a garage sale. It is the Desert Gold. It is mint in the box, although the box is not mint - it has been written on, but still in good shape. Should I sell this as a set or piece by piece?
Thanks for your help!!!!!

I would do a search on this particular pattern by Anchor Hocking and see if they are in demand as single pieces. Generally if it's a collected pattern, people are looking to fill in their collection, not buy a whole set. Hope this helps!

The boxed set is still more desirable than the individual pieces, so be sure to include the box. If the writing is the only damage to the box, that's not a MAJOR problem. Tears, scuffs and stains would be worse. Just be sure to give an accurate description and photos, if possible.
