Do you have a paint program on your computer? If you do use that to resize your photo if not there are lots of free ones on that web. You can download them. www.zdnet.com is a great place to get freeware.

Charisma,

Your large photo was probably about 640 X 480 pixels. After you find a photo editing program, you will need to reduce the size to about
320 X 240 pixels or 250 x 188 pixels.

The honesty photo was probably normal size because they resized it for
you.

[url]http://www.jasc.com[/b] Download a free demo of Paint Shop Pro 7.0. It is easy to use for beginners and has enough features that the pros use. It has a tool to reduce your picture size that deos a really great job. That will reduce your fle size as well and make loading your page that much quicker.
