Chargebacks are not allowed once seller has accepted payment and seller can proove shipment. They can do this with an (over 50.00) insurance slip since it has to have the address/name on the slip or delivery confirm. If it is a matter of misrep or faulty item PayPal wont get involved as they are a third party payment service. This only applies if you have paid PayPal with a cc. So I guess it would depend on the situation! This is all from what I have learned from past experience.

Check with you credit card co. In the end your credit card issuer determines the rules for chargebacks NOT paypal. (I think they'd just as soon you the seller not know this).
