I'm in need of advice, I'm dealing with my first Non Paying Bidder, I haven't even received a reply from the bidder. He only has a feedback of 3, all positive. The auction ended at just under $100. I've already filed the first step of NPB, but is there anything I can do about his phone number being wrong? Do I need to alert someone?

If you contact Safe Harbor they will NLRU him if his contact info is not valid. I had the same experience for the first time last week and they did not fool around on this like they do on some things - came right back to me with a thank you and told me they were histooory.
