I use multiple seller ids for different product lines.
AuctionAssistantPro does a good job for multiple id. But this is weak in auction tracking. Currently I am using AuctionWatch, AuctionTamer, plus a homemade database for post-sales tracking. AW & AT are great but they don't support multiple id and off-site selling.

I use Tamer, and just chance the user on the prefs when I need to. It ain't *great* but it allows me to at least see everything I have up on one comprehensive list.

AT will allow multiple id's if you go to File and New and add a different ID. You have to switch between them. Contact Mike to find out more. He is very quick with the customer service.
