One of my auctions closed in middle of August. I waited for payment. none came. I dropped them an email asking if it had been lost, etc. etc. They email back oh no, the money order must have gotten lost in the mail, I will send payment right away. I wait some more, finally send out a NPB alert. Get an email, oh no I wouldn't stiff you, payment is on the way. Well, I finally got the payment 30 days after the auction closed. I always go back and check the original action and saw the "me" next to their ID. Well, I thought I'll just check it out. Well wadda ya know. In the "me" section was the following TOS: Payment is to be received in 10 days, if not I will leave you a negative and relist. Ummmmm luckily I didn't go by their TOS. Gotta love 'em.

I can't give credit for this quote as I am not sure who said it, I believe it was either Thomas Jefferson or Ben Franklin, but anyway, it sure fits your situation. Here goes:
