Are you required to pay the daily sweep fee if you upgrade to a paypal business account, or can you continue to do it yourself periodically for free? I have been reading through the tos, but it wasn't clear to me. I can't decide whether I should upgrade or switch to Billpoint.

You do not have to use the daily sweep on PayPal - But if I understand correctly Billpoint IS going to require it and charge 1/2%.

No, you are not required to pay. I have a business account and there is a link you can activate if you want them to do it.
