I sent out a few packages from their service center, paying with my credit card....but my credit card hasn't been billed yet since the first package I sent back in early Sep...anybody else have this "problem"?

That's a problem? Maybe they do it monthly. Why not call them if you are concerned?

Oh gosh, let's all try to think up things to complain / worry about. Even if things are going good, we can find a problem, can't we? Every silver lining must have a cloud...
