I have acquired a ramp walker that has an eye at the front of the neck with a string attached to the eye and a weight tied on the end of the string. Is this simply to use it as a pulltoy as well, or is there some other use?

Set the ramp walker on a table or counter top, with the weight hanging over the edge. It should drop, causing the toy to "walk" across the top of the table.
