I noticed my hits are way down since eBay added the thumbnail gallery shots on the listings.
I am still getting an average of 1 bid for 25 hits (featured category), but I think those thumbnails are taking a long time to load and people are just getting either distracted or bored and not browsing the listings like they used to.
Anyone else notice this? Any thoughts on increasing hits?

I do searches through ebay all the time the gallery in the listings dont slow down the list its self.
the list seems to come up and the pictures follow after but you can still scroll with out the pictures.
but since many categorys seem to have these gallery photos in the listing people dont have to actually click to see items this might be the reason for sinking hits.
my hits and bids both been down the past few days too not sure why. maybe like some others have said here in the north east the waether has turned very nice for fall and all maybe out enjoying these last few nice days.

They are in the items lists and search lists but only if you have the "All items including Gallery preview" tab selected (default).
The gallery, in my opinion, is the best of all the optional features (and the cheapest).
