Why do sellers insist on stating that a user with any negative feedback cannot bid in their auction?

So, if I have 1,000 positives and 2 negs from deadbeat bidders I've had, I can't bid?

The seller himself had a neg.

pochwoman: instead of calling the sellers names, such as stupid, why don't you email the sellers and ask them exactly what they mean? Chances are, they mean that if your TOTAL feedback rating is (-2) for example, they won't accept your bid.

I know I won't accept bids from anyone with a negative feedback rating!
