Well, it's been "coming soon" for so long I hadn't really given it much thought. And, with all the hoopla about Paypal lately on the boards I'd kind of tuned it all out. I likely will use it to speed up transactions both buying and selling. I like the instant gratification idea whether or not I may have to pay a small fee.

I have used it for almost a year.
What is the big deal.
I live in Ontario, Canada.
I learned a long time ago that the net is
not international, it is American.
While on-line I am an American businessman.
It is sad but true.
Makes a lot of things easier.

I'll use it as soon as it's available here. I'm pretty much with Oldapostle. Except for PayPal, I'm an American on ebay. USD bank account at my branch and all sales in USD (unless the buyer is Canadian and wants to pay in Canadian bucks). I keep getting the same response from PayPal..."within the next several weeks" etc, etc...
ebay is American with a smattering of international bidders, can't fight it so I felt the need to join it or suffer with low sales.
I've had buyers that automatically pay with PayPal even though I don't (and can't yet) use Paypal. It's become so automatic for buyers it seems that they are at a loss when I email them and tell them that they need to reverse the payment and send a cheque.
I'll sign up even with all the hassles and arguments circulating. It's more to do with the buyers...if they find it's the easiest and most automatic way for them to buy, that's what I'll do.
