if someone used instant add to paypal me, but the ACh transfer does not go through and the person's credit card is charged, would that count against my credit card acceptance limit?

What is instant add?

Also, if their credit card is charged...I can imagine it would count as a credit card transaction.

chances are if you didnt get the payment it went to the wrong email address and it wouldnt count since no payment would show up on your counter.

Hi,

The credit card counters are going live tonight. It will not be retroactive to the 16th.

Yes, a failed ach where the credit card was charged would impact the credit card limit.
