Well this is probably NOT what you want to hear, but I will tell you my personal experience. I have been trying to sell off a portion of my personal jewelry collection that spans 25 years of collecting and pieces from all over the world AND items that are c1900 to current. Everyone of them is a quality piece. Many custom. I have not had much luck on eBay or Yahoo. Yes I sell some almost everytime I list, but I usually do not get what I paid for them originally much less what I would need to make a profit! I am selling off pieces in order to continue on with my collecting. I have made some incredible buys over the past 6 months! It has also pointed out to me that unless you have access to items that are way, way, way below retail, you probably won't be able to compete! Just my observations. I know there are those that make a living at it and I marvel at their ability to obtain such wonderful items at prices that enable them to sell them for what they do! It's what keeps me a buyer and prevents me from becoming a profitable "seller".

I would think Yahoo would probably be the best besides eBay, but it's a very poor second. (I sell vintage jewelry mostly.)
