Hi. I have an odd problem and am wondering if anyone else has noticed it. I use Auction Watch to down load a batch at a time to ebay. Since they are all sent at once, the all launch within a minute or two. The problem is that if two or more launch onto ebay at the exact same time down to the exact second, one of them may not show up on my list of current auctions or in any of the search areas other than by auction number. Since no one knows the auction number, no one sees it. Since it does get assigned a number by ebay, it did get to ebay and it doesn't appear to be an A.W. problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so is it only from A.W. or do other services do it? Thanks JED

I had the same thing happen to me last week. One of my auctions did not show up in my list of auctions or in MyEbay. I did see it, however, in the list of new auctions under its category. I asked Ebay to reindex but they did not respond for two days. Finally I just went into the auction page and "revised" the auction page. Once I saved the page it reindexed and finally appeared in the list of my auctions and on MyEbay. A day later Ebay sent me an e-mail and said that they could not find a problem. I never bothered to tell them that I fixed it myself.

I get this happen EVERY single time I bulk-upload. It's been happening since March, and since March ebay's told me EVERY DAY that they are "Trying to fix the problem". For some reason when you bulk-upload auctions, since you have more than 1 auction being listed at the same time, some of the auctions don't show up in your ebay's seller list. Just write to ebay at [email protected] and ask them to reset your auctions. It usually takes less than an hour and they will reset your auctions for you. Then you will see all of your auctions.

By the way - this doesn't only happen with AW - it happens with any bulk lister I've ever used.

This happens to me ALL the time. It is so bad that every time I do a bulk upload, my next step is to email ebay to reset my 'my ebay' page.
