Santa is about 15" tall and appears to me to be quite old. His batting is cotton. Anyone recognize him? He seems handsewn except for some machine stitching at the base of his gray furry trim at the bottom of his robe.

Thanks!

I get the feeling that this isn't old except for the quilting...
I've seen many an old quilt cut up and used in this way, maybe not with Santa but used this way...
Never Junk !
just this ol bitties opinion

I've seen a number of variations of Santa made by crafters from old cutter quilts. This looks like one of those to me. My guess is this fellow was assembled in the last few years. The PVC pine sprays and little plaid covered styrofoam packages tied with gold cording scream 90's to me . He isn't without value as a decoration, but likely has no value as far as a vintage collectible.

Best of luck!
