I keep reading that eBay will refund your listing fees if they are "down" during the final minutes of your auction(s). I can not, however, locate the exact site where such a request can be made. Can anyone out there walk me through the process? Thanks.

There's a posting on page 2 by mreinkec and titled "Anyone who wants to request credit..." I followed the instructions and it was very easy and thorough. Good luck. I think everyone who's been affected by this should apply of credit. Car
