I don't know about anyone else, but if there's no pic icon, I don't bother looking at the item. I have an auction up now using Auction Watch, and there is no pic icon. The pics are there, just no icon when you search for item. Is there anyway to fix this? I tried adding a url and uploading my pics to my server. But, that didn't work. Any suggestions? Can you edit a listing on Auction watch? HELP!

If you don't have any bids yet, you should be able to click on the button to revise your listing. There you can upload a picture.

If you are adding pics as HTML they won't trigger the icon. I use ebay's form and always put SOMETHING in the pic box because I am just like you I want to see the icon. Your software will need to do the equivalant I am sure. I just put on an auction for a service - remail and holding of snail mail where I only send a transaction number to the buyer e-mail but I still put a pic of our Post Office there to get the icon.

You should probably ask how the AW Customer care Rep why that particular auction didn't get the pic icon activated in the first place (visit the Auction Watch Services forum to do that).
As for activating thepic icon now, you can't. The pic icon is activated when there is an image url included in the "picture location" box of the Sell Your Item page. If it wasn't there when the auction was first indexed, it won't ever be activated.
The best thing you could do is to revise the title of your auction - if you have some "extra" text like L@@K or blank space, you could simply put **PIC** to catch the potential bidder's eye.
