Yet another entrant into the quick-pay ranks, spamming addresses from the Web trying to drum up business. (I got two already, which shows a MAJOR lack of brains). www.qchex.com
As they have already shown a tendency to break contracts (the one they have with their ISP says "no unsolicited commercial email", steal (my ISP's the one who paid for more than half the delivery costs of their sd), and be brainless (spamming from one's ISP usually results in a prompt loss of one's website and connection to the internet) ... I recommend that you do not do business with them.

Their web host is a spammer ... here's one of their services: "Internet marketing services based on targeted mass e-mails, banner advertisements, affiliate marketer programs and Qchex publishing."
