Thanks for taking the time to write in with your concerns. It has recently become apparent that our present system in no longer able to fully support the number of members that are hitting the sight at times.
This is why we have been updating to newer server systems the last week.We assure you that this instability will be over once the new system is up fully and functioning.
Be assured that we want our sellers to get as much as they can on their auctions. Please don't forget that the more money our sellers make, themore that we make on the final value fees.

Well thank you for your reply, but let me ask you something else, ok? Why
in the world can't EBAY do this foul upgrading in the wee hours of the
morning, like from 1:00 A.M. to 5: A.M. ? You people are cutting into our
time that WE HAVE PAID FOR and we are NOT getting any refunds for the time and money lost! This is the 4th night in a row, during prime time and peak bidding time that people are not able to get to our auctions. Just how long do you think the sellers, (and we are the ones that keep the Ebay BattleShip afloat) are going to sit around, enmass, and allow EBAY to defraud usthis way? We PAY FEES FOR A SERVICE. If EBAY is not able to supply this service, then we should get a listing refund, just like we HAVE TO DO to stay in business if our customers are not happy. This is NOT Rocket Science my dear. WE are YOUR customers, WE pay YOU fees, WE expect some customer care and service. EBAY is not coming through for us. I am totally
disgusted and believe me when I say, I am not alone in this feeling. Something must be done!
