I'm sure everyone knows by now about eBay having to re-set your auction list.
Had a winning bidder email me saying I never contacted him after closing last weekend.
Checked up and the auction was not listed anywhere in My eBay history. Looked it up directly by item # and its out there with a winning bid.
I thought that even if you didn't get your lists re-set by the end of auction, they would at least show up after closing, especially if it has money on it.
Most missing auctions will show up on a third party service like AW (I used a different site for this one). Well this one was not on there either!
Could there be more auctions out there with winning bidders that I don't know about? Anybody else have that happen??
Any help or comments would be appreciated

I am having the same problem, only my auction has not ended yet. I can't find it under my Sellers list, or view sellers other auctions. A potential bidder notified me of the problem because I had told him it was up at auction. The only way to find it is by using the search function. He is just waiting for the last minute to bid, because no one else will probably even see it. This is costing me money, and definitely a problem that must be fixed.

Hey this happened to me last week also. The auction won but there was no info from ebay. I pulled a search of the item which was a little unusual. being a alamo money clip. on a hunch, and there was my auction. nothing on my ebay or a seller search. so what goes?in addition ,I had a automatic paypal logo which also was not thier as well. I am not sure if it was a glich from auction watch where I posted the auction or something else. I am a little concerned when someones screws around with my money. In addition lately everyone seems to want to take my money. after I pay my taxes, my ebay fees, billpoint fees and paypal fees, and then fight with deadbeats to send my money, customers forgetting to send the postage on merchandise, it becoming disenheartening. I feel that everyones trying to take my money and I am angry. Not to mention all the outages, but at least that I blame on chance and I know its not anyones fault. Someone help me out. signed bent over tonight

Received a reply from eBay and they are basically saying too bad and you're on your own!
I guess that's why this problem has gotten so bad, they just don't care, after all its not their money that's missing.
I bet if I sent eBay an email saying a winning auction "fee" was missing from my bill, the answer would be a lot different!!
Here is a copy of their response to the problem:
> Thanks for your email.
>
> The seller's list is actually associated with the seller's tab in My
> eBay. Since they show the same information, this is why you have had
> difficulty locating these items.
>
> This error usually occurs with members using bulk auction loaders such
> as MisterLister. Regrettably, at this time there isn't a way around
> this. There isn't one service that seems to work better than others or a
> verifiable cause.
>
> Please understand our engineers are working on a solution to this
> problem. I appreciate your patience and continued support in this
> matter.

Maybe I should write a form letter for bidders on missing auctions explaining eBay problems and advising them to complain to eBay about it??
