I leave for a months vacation, come home and find changes all over the place. AW now has new face for listing and the gallery price for a photo is still $.25, so I use it and Ebay sends me my confirmation but I am now charged $.50. Someone explain please, what have I missed or done wrong?...., hard time getting auctions to launch, Ebay problems....perhaps it is time to go back on vacation.....jeannie

The confirmation says, Insertion fee $1.00 which is right as the item is over $10.00, then it says gallery $.50, total amount $1.50. I can not reach [email protected], the mail is returned, another change I guess. Oh my, perhaps it is time to sleep on all the changes and hope when I wake in the am, it will all be okay. Confusion reigns...jeannie

Listing fee for $10.00 - $24.99 is $0.50

So if your item was less than $24.99 and you put it in the gallery, it would be 75 cents. Since you were charged $1.50, maybe the auction was listed twice - like, in two categories?

That option is new (listing in two categories) and is double the fees.

Oh, and to contact eBay, you need to go to here and fill out this form:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/select-support.html

It sets the title of the email so they can route it to the relevant department faster.
