What time do we list our auctions so that they will end at 5:30 after the daylight savings takes place. If I list at 6:30, will they end next week at 5:30???

Assuming eBay sets their clocks back (when does daylight savings time take place again, is it soon?), if you start an auction at 5:30, it will end the following week at 5:30.
5:30 the following week would have been 6:30 if the clocks hadn't been set back, but since everyone sets their clocks back, including eBay, it will be 5:30.

The first couple of responses are wrong. If you list at 6:30 tonight, it will end at 5:30 a week from tonight. Auctions I listed last night are scheduled to end an hour earlier than the time I listed them. If eBay ended your auction at 6:30 next week, they would be giving you an extra hour of auction exposure, and they would never do that. It works the reverse when we set the clocks ahead in the Spring.

The system clock in Ebay's computers will have to be set back one hour. What happens to the auctions that closed just before that time? Do they come back to life for another hour?
IE: Auction ends at 1:45 am. At 2:00 am Ebay sets the clocks back an hour. It is now 1:00 am again. Does the auction re-open?
I will no doubt be asleep at that time, but if any night owls are up then, it would be interesting to see.
