Resfresh Data with eBud is not picking up high bidders' e-mail addresses. Have to use Data Card and Confirm Data for each one. Anyone else having this problem??

Unfortunately, yes. If go to eBay and pull your seller's list, you'll see that the high bidder ID is not there, instead they give you **.
It appears eBay has turned this off, due to the problems they are having. But not being able to get high bidder IDs prevents eBud from working properly.
My concern is that my eBud has also lost all the bidders names and addresses on completed auctions for the last 2 weeks. Using "Confirm Data" will bring back the email address, but where is all that other info ? and is there a way to bring it back ?

It is really important to "backup eBud Data" often. (I do it every night, after all of my work that day) When there is a problem, like disappearing information, you can "restore backup" and the information will reappear!
I don't think that the information on bidders, like address, is stored any other way, so it may be lost.
eBud is a program you can buy (not from ebay) that allows you to track your items selling, bids, bidder's emails, and you can even set up "form" emails of various kinds to send to your winners, etc. It's a real time saver. In short, it's a seller's tool.
And yes, we've been having weird things going on with it lately too.

Odd. My eBud hasn't lost any of the high bidder IDs it already had. Just new ones from last night. I didn't need to restore back-up, either. I have version 2.42.

I am still using version 2.23 and have not lost any prior data either. Just no email addresses for current auctions.
