Just got a email from a winning bidder who states he can't pay. Has decent feedback, a few negs but nothing real bad. The kicker is it was not for the usual $10 item I'm used to filing NPB for 5 times a week lately. The guy stiffed me on a corvette project car on eBay motors for over 3 grand! The backup bidder is a no go. This was not a 6 bit ad I placed so this deadbeat hit me hard in the wallet.
So do I neg or not?

If you do not NEG these deadbeats the feedback system does not work.

Of course you should neg. And file NPB.

To paraphrase Pink Floyd...

"Are there any deadbeats in the audience?! Neg'em up against the Wall!"
