I'm confused as to why my auctions are not updating on auctionwatch manager?? I also am having trouble getting the little camera symbol to show up on my autions and the gallery photo to work. This is happening when I build my auciton on auction watch manager and send it to ebay. What am I doing wrong?? Help!! [email protected]

I am not sure what you mean about the camera image, but if you want your auctions to update you have to hit the REFRESH button at the top left corner in your Auction manager system.

I am also having problems with the camera icon not showing up. I have emailed AW several times and they reply that they are aware of the problem and their engineers are working on it. They suggested a retro-fix, but it doesn't seem to be working either. The thing is, you don't know the camera icon is not there unless you actually find your item through a search or by going through category listings. It's frustrating! When I'm looking for items through search, I usually won't even bother to look at something that doesn't have a camera icon- because naturally I assume that means there is no picture! And yes, to update your auctions on Control Panel, just hit the refresh tab.

I just looked at an item of mine. No camera showing but the gallery icon showed. Then I noticed that any item that had the gallery in that group did not have the camera icon showing, I don't think it is AW.

I've done some searches to bring up items I listed today. Sometimes they have the pic icon, and sometimes they don't. The ones that keep losing the icon are the ones I used AW to list.
