I messed up a listing. How do I go about requesting a listing fee credit. It seems to be well hidden.

hi, just to go the item page that sold- at the VERY bottom thers should be a little box with FAQs there should be a q there that says 'my bidder never paid- how do i request a fee credit?' or something similar. good luck

Select Billing, then Other Account Questions

Fill out the box, and send it....
