I just started using AW's automated winning bidder email system with the choice of shipping/method of payment and all that good stuff. I was just wondering if you use it and if you like it. Also, how do your customers react to it? It seems a bit impersonal to me, but it saves a lot of time. What do you think?

There was another thread the other day with a lot of folks that hate them, but I tend to think the folks that have a gripe are usually the ones who air it while the ones who aren't bothered tend to go their own way. Just my opinion. What I know is that I've been using the AW EOAs since I started selling, I'm a couple of hundred transactions in and I have to say there's only been one person who was testy about it. Everyone else either uses it or sends me a separate email with the info I need and I manually enter that so I can print out my invoices. Now before any of you start in with the comments that those who hate it don't come back. I have plenty of repeat customers, even the one person who gave me a world of grief about the system has bought additional items from me. Everyone has an opinion about how to and how not to do this. Do what works best for you.
