Sure seems like it. I haven't had anything listed eBay for almost 2 weeks. While the money isn't good...it's great for the blood pressure. Until they get it stabilized I'm outta there.

I am getting reset message for every auction I try to open. Can't bid on a thing. It looks like traffic.

There is al so a problem with pictures loading. I have a really fast connection and usually I can load a serach page of 100 items with gallery pictures in 5 to 8 seconds. Tonight it is more than 3 minutes if they load at all.

I don't know what they did when they started the eBay picture service, but for a while now all of the pictures on other servers are very slow to load, if at all.

Hello;

Haven't been here for a long while. Thought I'd drop by since ebay seems to be acting up. And see if others were having the same trouble. It appears so.

smw,

Susan,
I've noticed the same problem with pictures loading slow or not at all...I never correlated it to eBay's pic hosting until you mentioned it, but I was very aware something was wrong...curious, huh?

RRS: I read on one of the boards that someone thought that eBay was serving up pics from their server first and others had to "get in line". I thought about this and it didn't quite make sense to me since the other pics are on remote servers. Unless eBay has screwed around with bandwith allocations or something else that I don't understand. All I know is that the pics slowed after IPIC became an option. Susan

You know guys...staring at your auctions won't make them grow. Stay out and let the bidders have the bandwidth.

I'm receiving the same error. The website must again be experiencing temporary technical difficulties... Sounds like it's time for some additional scheduled maintenance....

With 1.5 million listings, it's awlful tough to have your listing found and viewed unless you're the lucky needle in the haystack. Not likely.

This is becoming very tiresome.

I had 8 auctions up. 1 went out with 8 bids. I canceled the no bid ones. Then I emailed the Ones with bidders and asked if they would mind if I canceled. They said fine. So I did. I have 1 left that has not answered yet. I am not posting anymore till they get it together in a few weeks. I am going to get a bunch ready to go and maybe they will have a free day. My hits have been way down and its just not worth it at this time. But it is time for some JD
