I have a buyer from Malaysia and he wants to pay me with Billpoint. I am not signed up with Billpoint. Can I accept this payment or must I be a member?

Malaysia isn't one of the countries that BillPoint allows payments from. I'd be careful. Is it a high dollar item? Is the buyer's feedback less than glowing?

uaru, it's only 6.39 & that includes postage. Isn't billpoint safe ? I never checked the buyers feedback, didn't occured to me. I'll remember that in the future.
Most of my items are small stuff, once in awhile I will sell a Hummel, but most are under 20.00.
