I have had a rough week dealing with newbies.
I keep a file of thank you notes that I get from some of my happy customers. I look at when I am on the verge of pulling out my hair and never listing again. I thought that sellers and buyers might want to share some of their feel good sales experiences. A little change from all the negative threads.
Here are a couple of mine:
I am WOWED!!!! The emerald is beautiful, and it was so sweet of you to
include the garnet too! Thanks so much, and it was great doing business with
you! I'm sure our paths will cross again!

I got the package today with the correct stone and all I can say is WOW!
You really didn't have to send me anything extra but what you did send was
simply wonderful. Thank you so much for all the great service. I really do
appreciate the extra effort that you put forth, it truly sets you apart from the
crowd.

I am so glad that someone is responding to this thread. I know that I get really tired of the complaint that there aren't any good sellers or happy buyers out there in ebay land.

Do you have catalog or listing of other stones? Emerald I received was Beautiful!
I'm interested in collecting and setting stones.So not only am I looking for loose stones but also in jewwllry and settings.Of course if I can find the right "millies" to go with the premier stone AND have someone set it all at the same time for one great low,low price,what more could I ask for?
