I read in a earlier post that you can get the lower billpoint rate by writing to billpoint..what do you say and who do you write to to get the lower rate?

I wrote to Billpoint and got the lower rate.

I simply wrote that I'd really like to move my eBay-based business from PayPal to Billpoint -- and that I would if the Billpoint fees were closer to what Amazon Payments charges. (This was right before Billpoint's recent rate restructuring, when Billpoint was more expensive than Amazon.)

Billpoint quickly replied that they'd look into it. I had a decision within a week.

I don't remember the Billpoint e-mail address I used for the request.

write to [email protected] to ask for lower rates, or higher limits.

ShrillPoint told me to "take a long hike down a short pier" when I wrote to them telling them that their fees SUCKED and that Pay-Hell's were so much more reasonable!

So, I use ExchangePath & PayDirect -- both of which are both FREE & HASSLE-FREE!
