When I go toleave feedback it invites me to pull up the last 90 days but can feedback be entered in the system after that? Have any of you ever tried it? I have a deadbeat I would like to neg. and I would preffer to do it late on the 90th day if that will keep him from retailiating.

I thought that when Ebay changed to transaction only feedback, they did away with the 60 day deadline for leaving feedback.
I would guess, however, that if you can't pull the auction up by the auction number, then you cannot leave feedback because the auction is no longer in their database.
There isn't a strict final date like there used to be. ebay changed it to where you can leave feedback for up to 90 days now but they also said it might be in there for longer. So there aren't any "guarantees" anymore about when feedback can no longer be left for a user.
Over the last couple of months, our members
requested us to allow a longer time frame to leave feedback on all complete items. Today, we are pleased to announce that you can easily find ALL transactions on
which you have not left feedback within 90 days from end of listings.
We believe this enhancement will make it easier for you to fully utilize the Feedback system to establish your on-line trading reputation.
You may be able to leave Feedback for items up to 120 days, depending on their availability in our database, by
including the item number through the link at the bottom of the Leave Member Feedback page.
To check out our new enhancement, click on the Site Map, then, Leave Feedback. You can also find it via this URL:

One of the "Feedback Enhancements" of the above link is that it lets you leave more than one feedback for some transactions.
