who is new. I haven't purchased anything using Billpoint and have only sent three invoices to bidders myself.
This customer has been purchasing some items from me over the past 2 weeks. Do we make out an invoice for each auction or combine the totals in one invoice? She may win her
sixth tonight.
If combining, is there a place to list all the transaction numbers on the invoice?
Sorry, I tried "multiple Billpoint transactions" on Search Site here and got
a "0" and didn't find anything at the Ebay
Billpoint site. Thanks.

You may want to ask your buyer if he or she intends to use a VISA card to pay for the item. If so, it's to the buyer's advantage for you to prepare a seperate invoice for each item since the buyer gets $1 off each BILLPOINT purchase made by VISA. And, I don't think it will cost the seller any more--BILLPOINT has been picking up the complete seller's tab for purchases made by VISA.

Murph is right... check with your purchaser.
I just send eight Billpoint invoices to a multip-auction winner. This bidder is saving $8.
When there's no VISA promotion in place, I usually send everything on a single invoice and detail the purchases in the comments section.
