I've had a few auctions end lately with bidders from out of the country. It is clearly stated in my auctions that I only sell in the U.S. If a bidder out of the US would email me first and ask if it's ok to bid, sometimes I will agree to their bidding, but that is not the case here. Recently, I would not complete a few transactions that ended with bidders from outside the US, and a day or two after that my email account was unable to be accessed. I have tried repeatedly for 5 days to access it and it won't open. I have two other accounts with this free web mail service and they work fine. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a coincidence or do you think there's some chicanery going on here? Has anyone else experienced this? I know that the diehard international sellers look down on national sellers, but that's a whole nother issue I'd rather not touch on here. Thanks for any input.

My best advice is for you to call up the e-mail account's ISP Service and talk to them. They would be the ones to know what is going on from their end and would help you with your end.
