I think it means "Man Of The Year".

Matchbox has a line of toy cars called "Models of Yesteryear" and this is typically abbreviated MOY.

An eBay search on MOY reveals the matchbox cars noted above and a line of figurines.

...and a bunch of mysterious MOY's.
